Instructions
- Spread grated cheddar cheese on the bottom of the pie plate.
- Spread chopped chili peppers over the cheese.
- Mix eggs and milk together and pour over the cheese and peppers.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 45 minutes until set and golden.
- Serve with crackers, preferably Town House brand.
