A cheesy, spicy baked dip with sharp cheddar and mild chili peppers, perfect for sharing at gatherings or as a flavorful appetizer with crackers.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1-2 mild chopped chili peppers (small can)
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. milk

Instructions

  1. Spread grated cheddar cheese on the bottom of the pie plate.
  2. Spread chopped chili peppers over the cheese.
  3. Mix eggs and milk together and pour over the cheese and peppers.
  4. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 45 minutes until set and golden.
  5. Serve with crackers, preferably Town House brand.
