- Remove crescent rolls from the package and pat one package of crescent dough carefully on the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla, and lemon juice together.
- Carefully spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the dough in the pan.
- Cover with the remaining crescent dough.
- Beat egg white until foamy and spread it on top of the dough.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
