Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp margarine or butter
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 2 (16 oz) cans whole shoepeg corn
  • 1 (4 oz) can green chili
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine or butter.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese and stir until well combined.
  3. Stir in the drained shoepeg corn, chopped green chili, salt, garlic salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the mixture into a buttered casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes or until bubbly hot.
