Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz.) envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Mix butter and grated cheddar cheese until well combined.
  2. Add the dry onion soup mix and flour to the cheese mixture and blend thoroughly.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball and chill in the refrigerator.
  4. Roll out the chilled dough on a floured board to desired thickness.
  5. Cut into desired shapes using cookie cutters or knives.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
