Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (15 oz.) can Italian tomatoes
  • 2 small cans green chili peppers
  • 1/2 medium onion, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Dice the tomatoes and green chili peppers.
  2. Combine all ingredients in the top of a double boiler and cook for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve hot over corn chips.
