Ingredients

  • 1 round loaf pumpernickel bread
  • 10 oz Wispride cold pack sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup beer
  • 1 clove garlic or 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cut off the top of the pumpernickel loaf.
  2. Pull out pieces of bread until only the shell remains.
  3. Leave the bread pieces out for a few hours until they become crusty.
  4. Combine the cold pack sharp Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, beer, and crushed garlic or garlic powder.
  5. Blend the mixture with a mixer until smooth.
  6. Fill the bread shell with the cheese mixture and surround it with the bread pieces.
