Cheese Sausage Bake

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bread, cubed
  • 2 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 1/2 lb. link sausage, cooked and cut
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 c. milk
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Mix cubed bread, cheese and sausage.
  3. Mix eggs, 2 1/2 cups milk and mustard.
  4. Pour over dry ingredients.
  5. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. When ready to bake, mix mushroom soup with rest of milk and pour over top.
  7. Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours or until brown.
