Cheese Spread Fudge

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pasteurized cheese spread, cubed
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 2 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 3 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Heat cheese and margarine in 3-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until melted.
  2. Gradually add combined sifted sugar and cocoa, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add pecans and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Spread into greased 11 x 9-inch pan.
  5. Cover and chill. Cut into squares.
