Ingredients

  • 1 small box vanilla wafers
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 can pie filling (cherry, blueberry or your choice)

Instructions

  1. Cream together (with mixer) cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  2. Put a vanilla wafer in each cake paper and fill each with mixture almost to the top.
  3. Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
  4. Cool and top with pie filling (use midget cake papers.)
  5. Yields approximately 3 dozen.
