Cheese-Tomato Bake

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Slice tomatoes into fourths; sprinkle with sugar and pepper.
- In bowl, toss together cheese, celery and onion.
- Place half of the tomato slices into a greased 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle on half of the cheese mixture over tomato slices.
- Repeat layers.
- Toss crumbs with butter; sprinkle over casserole mixture.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Serves 6.
