Ingredients

  • 1 bag mixed frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
  • 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare frozen vegetables as directed on package and put into a buttered dish.
  2. Slice Velveeta cheese over the vegetables.
  3. Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers on top of the cheese.
  4. Pour melted butter over the cracker topping.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese melts and top is golden.
