Ingredients

  • 1 (11 1/2 oz.) can bean with bacon soup
  • 4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except parsley and pimento.
  2. Beat on low speed until smooth.
  3. Chill 1 to 2 hours.
  4. On wax paper, shape mixture into 10 x 2-inch log.
  5. Roll in parsley. Chill until serving time.
  6. At serving time, garnish with pimento stars.
  7. Serve as a spread on bread or crackers.
