Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and beat until smooth.
- Put a vanilla wafer cookie in bottom of cupcake tins lined with papers.
- Fill 2/3 full with mixture.
- Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cool and top with pie filling when ready to serve.
- Makes 14 to 16 cupcakes.
