Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 16 oz. frozen vegetables, thawed
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Melt 1/4 cup of margarine and cubed Velveeta cheese until smooth.
  2. Pour the cheese mixture over the thawed frozen vegetables and stir to combine.
  3. Melt the remaining 1/4 cup of margarine.
  4. Add crushed Ritz crackers to the melted margarine and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the vegetable and cheese mixture before serving.
