Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen cauliflower
  • 1 bag frozen broccoli
  • 8 oz can mushrooms
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 large jar Cheez Whiz

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients (except onion rings) into a large baking dish and stir.
  2. Bake at 350°F until all cheese melts, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes, then top with onion rings.
  4. Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes until onion rings are crispy and golden.
