- Mix 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese with the cooked chicken or ham.
- Place 2 tablespoons of the meat and cheese mixture on the wide part of each crescent roll triangle and roll up.
- Arrange the rolled crescents in an 11 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Mix the remaining shredded cheese, cream of chicken soup, and milk until well blended.
- Pour half of the soup mixture over the rolled crescents in the pan.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle the remaining 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese on top during the last few minutes of baking.
- Serve hot with the remaining sauce spooned over or on the side.
