Cheesy Fish Fillets feature tender fish coated with crunchy cheese crackers and a tangy French dressing, baked to perfection. A delicious, family-friendly dish with bold flavors and crispy texture.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. fish fillets
  • 1/2 cup French dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed cheese crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Instructions

  1. Cut the fish into serving portions. Dip each piece into the French dressing, then roll in crushed cheese crackers.
  2. Place the coated fish fillets on a greased cookie sheet and drizzle melted margarine over them.
  3. Bake at 500°F for 12 minutes until golden and cooked through.
