Delicious fish fillets topped with a flavorful parsley butter crumb mixture, perfect for a quick, elegant meal suitable for seafood lovers and family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
  • fillet of fish
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the fillet lightly and place in a glass dish, skin down.
  2. Mix melted butter, chopped parsley, lemon juice, and cracker crumbs. Spread the mixture on the fish.
  3. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon paprika on top. Optionally sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning.
  4. Cover and cook on high for 5 minutes.
  5. Rotate the fillet 1/2 turn and cook for an additional 6 minutes until the fillet flakes easily.
  6. Let sit for a few minutes before serving.
