Instructions
- Salt and pepper the fillet lightly and place in a glass dish, skin down.
- Mix melted butter, chopped parsley, lemon juice, and cracker crumbs. Spread the mixture on the fish.
- Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon paprika on top. Optionally sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning.
- Cover and cook on high for 5 minutes.
- Rotate the fillet 1/2 turn and cook for an additional 6 minutes until the fillet flakes easily.
- Let sit for a few minutes before serving.
