Tips & Substitutions

For a healthier option, consider using olive oil instead of margarine or butter. You can also substitute the fish fillets with salmon or tilapia based on your preference. If you like a bit of spice, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the sauce. Make sure to watch the fish closely while broiling to prevent overcooking.

Serving Suggestions

These cheesy fish fillets are best served hot, straight from the oven. They pair wonderfully with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh green salad. For a heartier meal, consider serving them alongside Rich Whole Wheat Biscuits. A squeeze of lemon over the top can elevate the flavors beautifully.

Storage & Reheating

Leftover cheesy fish fillets can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To reheat, place the fillets in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes or until warmed through. Avoid microwaving as it may make the fish rubbery.
