Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Scrub the potatoes, leaving skin on.
  2. Cut each potato into 8 wedges.
  3. Melt the butter in a large pie plate.
  4. Dip the potato wedges into the melted butter.
  5. Arrange the wedges in a donut pattern in the pie plate.
  6. Combine Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and paprika.
  7. Sprinkle the cheese and spice mixture evenly over the potatoes.
  8. Bake at 375°F until the potatoes are just tender.
