Ingredients

  • 10 garlic pods, split
  • crushed red pepper (enough to cover bottom of wine bottle)
  • black pepper
  • oregano
  • salt
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1/2 bottle or more ketchup
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix garlic pods, crushed red pepper, black pepper, oregano, salt, paprika, ketchup, vinegar, and olive oil in a wine bottle.
  2. Seal the bottle and shake well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Let the mixture set for 24 hours to develop flavors.
  4. Use as a barbecue sauce on ribs or chicken.
