Cherry Cheesecake Miniatures

Instructions
- Beat softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Line muffin tins with cupcake liners and place vanilla wafer in bottom of each liner.
- Fill 2/3 full of cream cheese mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until set.
- Let cool.
- Top with about 1 tablespoon cherry pie filling.
- Chill.
