Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped candied cherries
  • 2 cups shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  2. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a well-greased baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
  3. Bake at 325°F for 12 to 15 minutes or until delicately browned.
  4. Remove from oven immediately and let cool.
