Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen Brussels sprouts
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the Brussels sprouts according to package directions.
  2. Immerse the cooked Brussels sprouts into cold water to stop the cooking process.
  3. Slice each Brussels sprout in quarters lengthwise.
  4. Toss the sliced Brussels sprouts with melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the mixture into a shallow baking pan and spread to a single layer.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the Brussels sprouts.
  7. Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
