Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • Nilla Wafers
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until creamy.
  2. Put paper liners in the cupcake pan.
  3. Place Nilla Wafers into each paper cup liner.
  4. Pour batter into each cup, filling about two-thirds full.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes.
  6. Top each cupcake with cherry pie filling and chill before serving.
