Ingredients

  • 1 baked pie shell or graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch or clear jel
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1 (3 oz.) box raspberry jello
  • 1 pint red raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • whipped topping or whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, cornstarch or clear jel, and water in a saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook until thickened.
  3. Add raspberry jello to the hot mixture and stir well.
  4. Cool the mixture slightly, then fold in the red raspberries.
  5. Pour the filling into the baked pie shell or graham cracker crust.
  6. Chill the pie in the refrigerator until set.
  7. Top with whipped topping or whipped cream before serving.
