- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and gather 20 sucker sticks.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the corn syrup and sugar to the melted butter, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cherry Jello until fully dissolved.
- Carefully pour the hot mixture into silicone molds or onto the prepared sheet, inserting sucker sticks into each portion.
- Allow the lollipops to cool and set completely at room temperature, about 30 minutes.
- Once hardened, remove from molds or break into pieces if poured on a sheet.
