Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 box cherry Jello

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and gather 20 sucker sticks.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the corn syrup and sugar to the melted butter, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
  4. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the cherry Jello until fully dissolved.
  6. Carefully pour the hot mixture into silicone molds or onto the prepared sheet, inserting sucker sticks into each portion.
  7. Allow the lollipops to cool and set completely at room temperature, about 30 minutes.
  8. Once hardened, remove from molds or break into pieces if poured on a sheet.
