Instructions
- Spray a 9 x 3 x 2-inch pan with cooking spray or Pam.
- Line the bottom of the pan with cherry pie filling and spread the crushed pineapple evenly over the cherry layer.
- Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the pineapple layer.
- Pour the melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
- Sprinkle the flaked coconut and chopped pecans on top of the buttered cake mix.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (160°C) for 1 hour.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
