Cherry Streusel Pie
A luscious cherry pie with almond-flavored filling and a crunchy streusel topping, perfect for dessert lovers and special occasions or casual gatherings alike.

- Drain 1/2 cup of thick sauce from the cherry pie filling and reserve.
- Mix the reserved sauce with 1 tablespoon of Amaretto and 1/4 teaspoon of almond extract. Set aside.
- Spoon the cherries over the bottom of the unbaked pie shell.
- Mix the remaining 3 tablespoons of Amaretto, egg, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, flour, remaining 1/4 teaspoon of almond extract, and salt.
- Pour the mixture over the cherries in the pie shell.
- Bake in a preheated 450°F oven for 10 minutes.
- Reduce the temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 35 minutes.
- Remove the pie from the oven and let cool before serving.
