Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen meatballs (Italian style)
  • 2/3 c. ketchup
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix brown sugar with vinegar until dissolved.
  2. Add ketchup and drained pineapple chunks to the mixture.
  3. Place frozen meatballs in a crock-pot.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs.
  5. Cook on low for 4 hours or until hot.
