Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 2 1/2 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 17 oz. can small early peas, drained
  • 2 oz. jar pimientos, drained and diced
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, sauté celery, onion, and mushrooms in margarine until celery is crisp-tender.
  2. Gently stir in the drained peas, pimientos, and celery salt; heat through.
