Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 (12 1/2 oz.) can boned chicken or 1 1/3 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions
  • 1 1/3 cups Minute rice

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, water, and chicken in a bowl.
  2. Add the dry Minute rice and half of the French fried onions; stir to mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour the mixture into a buttered casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining French fried onions on top of the casserole.
  6. Bake for an additional 15 minutes to crisp the onions.
