Instructions
- In a large saucepan, combine potatoes, onion, celery, chicken broth, garlic, and marjoram.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes.
- Stir in milk and oleo (butter or margarine).
- Combine flour and corn; stir into the soup.
- Heat, but do not boil, until slightly thickened.
- Gently stir in the drained, boned, and flaked salmon, and heat through.
