Ingredients

  • 2 lb. chicken cutlet, cut in strips
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. white wine
  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  1. Fry chicken in olive oil for about 10 minutes until browned.
  2. Add sliced onions; continue frying until chicken starts to brown and onions soften.
  3. Add oregano, salt, and pepper; cook until chicken and onions are well browned.
  4. Pour in white wine; simmer for about 20 minutes to develop flavors.
  5. Add a little water to make a sauce if needed.
  6. Serve with salad, potatoes, and vegetables.
