Chicken Breasts Capri

Instructions
- Rub the breasts with the cut lemon, squeezing the lemon as you rub.
- Sprinkle
- salt
- and
- pepper over the chicken and coat with flour.
- Heat butter in electric skillet to 300° and brown chicken breasts
- in
- butter.
- Mix
- the soup, sherry and cheese and
- pour over
- browned
- chicken.
- Simmer
- at 225° for about 1
- hour.* Remove
- chicken
- to
- warm serving platter and spoon
- gravy
- over chicken.
- Garnish with parsley and/or lemon peel roses.
- Serves 4.
- Serve with wild rice, green vegetable and congealed fruit salad.
