Chicken Breasts With Orange Glaze

Juicy chicken breasts glazed with a sweet and tangy orange sauce, perfect for a quick, flavorful dinner suitable for family meals or entertaining guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1/4 c. orange marmalade
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in an 8-inch skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook chicken in margarine about 15 minutes, turning once, until juice of chicken is no longer pink when the center of the thickest piece is cut.
  3. While chicken cooks, mix cornstarch and ground mustard in a small bowl.
  4. Stir in orange juice, orange marmalade, and soy sauce into the cornstarch mixture.
  5. Pour the glaze over the cooked chicken.
  6. Place chicken on a serving plate and cover to keep warm.
  7. Discard any juices left in the skillet.
