- Melt margarine in an 8-inch skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken in margarine about 15 minutes, turning once, until juice of chicken is no longer pink when the center of the thickest piece is cut.
- While chicken cooks, mix cornstarch and ground mustard in a small bowl.
- Stir in orange juice, orange marmalade, and soy sauce into the cornstarch mixture.
- Pour the glaze over the cooked chicken.
- Place chicken on a serving plate and cover to keep warm.
- Discard any juices left in the skillet.
