Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cut chicken
  • 1 can cream of broccoli soup
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil water with a can of cream of broccoli soup in a pot.
  2. Stir in the chicken pieces and add butter.
  3. Let the mixture boil.
  4. Add cooked rice to the soup.
  5. To make the soup thicker, reduce the amount of butter and water.
  6. Pour the soup over rice if desired.
