Chicken Can-Can
A hearty, creamy casserole combining tender chicken, mixed soups, water chestnuts, and crispy chow mein noodles, perfect for family dinners or potlucks.
Ingredients
- 4 to 6 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces ⓘ
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup ⓘ
- 1 can cream of chicken soup ⓘ
- 1 can chicken rice soup ⓘ
- 1 large can evaporated milk ⓘ
- 1 large can undrained mushroom pieces ⓘ
- 1 large can sliced water chestnuts, drained ⓘ
- 1 large can chow mein noodles (about 3 1/2 cups) ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Spread the mixture in a large, Pam-sprayed baking dish.
- Top with sautéed sliced almonds or leftover chow mein noodles.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 1 hour.
