Instructions
- Heat oven to 425°.
- Dip chicken pieces in milk; drain.
- Mix baking mix, salt and paprika.
- Coat chicken.
- Place chicken, skin side down, in greased baking pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inch.
- Bake 30 minutes; turn chicken.
- Bake until chicken is tender, 20 to 30 minutes.
- Keep warm.
