Ingredients

  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can onion soup
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 soup cans water
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 (3 oz.) can mushroom pieces
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. white pepper
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Mix onion soup, cream of mushroom soup, water, curry powder, mushroom pieces, rice, onion salt, and white pepper in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on top of the mixture.
  4. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
  5. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes to brown.
