Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. chicken breasts, sliced thin
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • garlic to taste
  • onion to taste
  • bread crumbs
  • basil (if available)

Instructions

  1. Dip each cutlet in egg first, then in bread crumbs. Fry each cutlet in hot olive oil.
