Ingredients

  • 1 stewing chicken (3-4 lbs.)
  • 1- 1/4 lbs. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 pint whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken, bone and dice. Combine chicken, all but 1 c. shredded cheese, green chilies, salt and pepper. Mix well. Place a large spoonful of mixture on each crepe; roll up. Arrange filled, rolled crepes in shallow baking dish (9 X 13) and top with remaining cheese. Pour cream over all. Cook at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
