  • 1 medium fryer chicken

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken until done and debone.
  2. Cut up onion and bell pepper.
  3. Dissolve roux in chicken broth and add onions and bell pepper.
  4. Put deboned chicken into mixture and cook until onions and bell pepper are done.
