Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken parts
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 package dry onion soup

Instructions

  1. Remove skin from the chicken parts.
  2. Arrange the chicken in a casserole dish.
  3. Mix together the ketchup, water, brown sugar, and dry onion soup mix.
  4. Spoon the sauce mixture over the chicken parts.
  5. Bake, covered, in a 350°F oven for at least 1 hour, until tender.
