- Coat chicken tenders with mayonnaise.
- Dredge chicken in Italian-style bread crumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frypan.
- Fry chicken until browned on both sides.
- Meanwhile, prepare chicken broth at half strength by diluting with water.
- Remove broth from heat.
- Ladle two scoops of broth into the frypan with chicken.
- Squeeze 4 lemon slices into the pan with the chicken.
- Let it cook for 1 minute on the flame.
- Transfer the chicken and lemon slices to a roaster pan.
- Repeat frying and adding broth/lemon slices until all chicken is cooked.
- Cover the tray with foil and bake in a 350°F (180°C) oven for about 40 minutes.
