Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 cup sliced Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. Add chopped onion to ground chuck and brown in a skillet.
  2. Drain off grease.
  3. Add cream of chicken soup and diced Velveeta cheese to the skillet.
  4. Simmer on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Serve on hamburger buns.
