Chicken Lollipop

Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. chicken wings
  • dash of garlic powder
  • dash of seasoned salt
  • dash of black pepper
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean chicken wings thoroughly.
  2. Cut and scrape meat downwards and marinate with seasoned salt, garlic powder and black pepper for 1 to 2 hours.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat 2 eggs until blended.
  4. Dredge chicken wings in flour one by one (mix the meat in the flour like forming a small ball).
  5. Dip in beaten eggs, then dredge with bread crumbs.
  6. Deep fry in a medium-high heat until golden brown.
  7. Drain on paper towel.
  8. Serve hot or with hot or sweet/sour sauce.
