Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut in strips
  • 2 pkg fresh linguini pasta
  • 3 stalks green onion, chopped
  • 12 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, cut in 4 wedges
  • 1 (13 oz) can chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lemon, cut in wedges

Instructions

  1. Boil the linguini pasta until cooked.
  2. Drain the pasta and rinse under cold running water.
  3. Set the cooked pasta aside.
  4. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  5. Add chicken breast strips, crushed garlic, and salt to the broth.
  6. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and flavors meld, about 10 minutes.
  7. Add chopped green onion to the broth.
  8. Arrange cooked linguini in serving bowls.
  9. Pour hot broth with chicken over the pasta.
  10. Top each serving with hard-boiled egg wedges and lemon wedges.
