Ingredients

  • 2 slices hamburger buns or sourdough bread
  • 2 slices cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. salsa
  • 3 oz. roast beef or chicken breast
  • 2 tsp. margarine

Instructions

  1. Top 1 slice of bread with cheese, salsa, chicken or roast beef and bread slice.
  2. Spread sandwich with margarine.
  3. Cook in skillet on medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.
  4. Makes 1 sandwich.
