Ingredients

  • 1 (about 3 lb.) chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1 lb. sirloin beef, cut into 1 1/4-inch pieces
  • 6 sweet Italian sausages
  • vegetable oil
  • Chimichurri Marinade

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in a glass bowl; coat with chimichurri marinade and let stand for 3 hours.
  2. Place beef in a separate container and let stand for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat grill; brush grid with vegetable oil.
  4. Place dark meat chicken over direct heat; cover and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Add white meat chicken; cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Place sausages on the grill; continue to cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Thread beef onto skewers and cook for 15 minutes.
